A New Benchmark for Lakeside Living

Located on the hillsides overlooking Lago Coatepeque, this master plan proposes a new way of inhabiting the landscape: a community where a diversity of uses and scales come together to create a complete and active ecosystem.

The project organizes a strategic mix of residences from mid-range housing to ultra-luxury properties, alongside apartment towers and a horizontal condominium, all integrated with commercial, educational, institutional, and leisure programs. At its core, a Crystal Lagoon and a network of trails and open spaces shape the experience, connecting every part of the development with the lake and its natural surroundings.

More than a collection of elements, the master plan envisions a way of life: to walk, to gather, to live outdoors, and to enjoy continuous views of the water. A destination that not only organizes the territory but also builds long-term value, positioning itself as a new regional benchmark for lakeside development.
