Framed Views
The project is organized through carefully defined visual axes, which determine the placement of spaces and the way the house opens toward its surroundings. Each opening acts as a frame that connects the interior with the distance, allowing light and views to become an essential part of the spatial experience.

In contrast to this openness toward the landscape, the street-facing side adopts a more contained and brutalist character, where the architecture is expressed through solid volumes and exposed materials. This more closed façade provides privacy and establishes a strong architectural presence toward the urban space.
